A 50% prepaid deposit is required on all turntables and the record cleaning machine, with the balance to be paid upon receipt. Parts and accessories will be shipped COD or prepaid. All other orders must be prepaid. A check returned unpaid from a bank is subject to a minimum fee of $25. Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards directly through SOTA; credit cards via www.PayPal.com on the internet; prepayment in US Dollars; or COD for US residents only. Prices, terms, conditions and specifications in this schedule are subject to change without notice, at the discretion of SOTA Sales & Service Center.

Requests for Return Authorizations for product Updates, Upgrades, Service or Inspection are taken by SOTA Customer Service. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued and should be clearly written on the outside of the box, and referred to in all correspondence. Any applicable charges should also accompany the return. All returns of merchandise due to order cancellation must be pre-approved by Customer Service. We reserve the right to inspect and verify merchandise returned before issuing a credit. Freight costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns other than defective material or shipping error will be subject to a minimum handling/restocking charge of 20%. A 30% handling/restocking charge will be assessed on all unauthorized returns and custom orders. The customer is responsible for proper packaging and protection of all return shipments. Merchandise manufactured or modified to customer specifications cannot be returned.
All orders are shipped freight collect, FOB SOTA. Orders will be shipped upon availability of merchandise. Next day or second day air shipments are available upon request, but at the full expense of the customer. All orders are shipped complete unless otherwise notified.
FREIGHT CLAIMS (DAMAGE/SHORTAGE)
Goods in transit travel at the risk of the purchaser. Damage and/or shortage must be noted upon receipt. We will be pleased to furnish any information or assistance needed to establish a customer's claim against the carrier. Within ten (10) days after tender of delivery to, or receipt of, any shipment, and before any part of the material has been changed from its original condition, customer shall inform SOTA if the material is found to be defective or short in any respect. Failure to inform SOTA, or use of the material shall be conclusive evidence that SOTA has satisfactorily performed.
